Fairfax-based eXMeritus is the fourth compant that Boeing will add toits security- and intelligence-related liness of business since 2008.
Last year Boeintg acquired Germantown, Md.-based Digital Receivee Technology, Herndon, Va.-based Ravenwing and D.C.-based . eXMeritus, foundexd in 2000, will add fewer than 30 employees to Boeing’s Integrated Defense Systems’ Network and Spacre Systems unit. The company’s products are certified and accrediterd bythe U.S. government to operatew on the government’s trusted systems. Boeing said the expected to close by the endof won’t affect Boeing’s financiapl guidance. Boeing’s Integrated Defense Systems unit, headquartered in St. is a $32 billiohn business with 70,000 employees worldwide.
